Flow with hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of being

It is a hyper focussed state that shuts out distractions so you can read a book, play a game or drive on autopilot. In hypnosis, you can open your eyes, speak, laugh, and walk, and most people are aware of everything that happens around them. You are hypnotised naturally several times a day, whether you know it or not.

Shift into your creative-problem solving consciousness

It is also called the ‘flow state’, as it inspires peak performance, solutions and ideas. The mind simply shifts from the conscious mind to the creative-problem solving part of your brain. Edison was well known to take power naps to access this ‘dream state’ to receive inspiration for his many inventions. Every day you access the same dream state when you see symbols or images as you fall asleep or wake up. Hypnosis is similar to meditation, it can be light or deep. It taps into your intuition, which is your inner wisdom that allows insights via sight, feeling, hearing, smelling and knowing.

Your subconscious mind stores all you do and think

To understand this process think of your mind as a computer. Your subconscious mind is like a huge hard drive, with unlimited capacity that permanently stores and records everything about you 24/7. It contains all your memories, feelings, desires, fears and beliefs, you may not be aware of. Your subconscious drives your actions, motives, urges, and controls your body, cell and organ functionality, day and night. When you are relaxed the finest ideas, gut instinct or intuition can pop into your mind, sparked by the subconscious mind. Watch the video to learn more.

Get unstuck with hypnotherapy

During hypnosis, the conscious mind steps back, to allow access to your higher self, which taps into the collective consciousness, also known as Source, God and the Akashic Records. Connecting to this higher intelligence can offer clarity in understanding and resolving the root cause of health or life challenges. Depending on your intention you may gain access to your soul purpose, and let go of a limiting habit, belief or pattern. In other words, hypnotherapy can upgrade your mind, clear out stuck energy or help you process trauma of any kind. It can reprogram your mind with new ways of being, aligned with your true nature.

Tap into your intuition with your imagination

Everyone can be hypnotised if you are willing to be guided. It is an interactive process between you and the hypnotherapist, who speaks with your subconscious mind to address your issues. This may feel like watching or being in a movie, or talking to yourself. Throughout this process, the hypnotherapist will ask your subconscious mind/higher self questions. The answer will come via your mind and your voice. Simply by connecting to say the very first thing that pops into your mind. Most people will be aware during the process, and it may feel like you are making it up. Yet the trick is to allow your imagination to guide you, as this is the doorway to your intuition.

Relax you are always in control

The key is to set your intention to be open to receiving whatever your subconscious mind wants to show you. It helps to relax and know you are always in control. You cannot be made to say, do or act against your will or moral principles. Should you wish to, you can simply open your eyes and stop the process at any time. Your subconscious mind will only ever reveal what serves your highest good, to help you move forward in life.

Reclaim your power, health and clarity with hypnotherapy

After a session, you may feel more empowered and confident, with profound insights about yourself and the world around you. Every session is unique and is guided by your soul. It may include early or past life regression to forgive, release of stuck emotions, or habits such as self-sabotage and not feeling good enough. It may include future projection to inspire greater self-trust, and insight to improve your career, relationships with people, your body, food or your perspective.

I achieved more with you in one session than in 18 months of psychotherapy.
