Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these terms.

1. Appointments and cancellations
   Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hrs before the start time. After this time the fee will be payable in full, no refunds will be given. Please be aware you need to be sober. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs you will forfeit the fee as we cannot treat you under those circumstances.

2. Our work together
   I am willing to participate in the agreed relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, coaching and/or stress reduction techniques. These services are non-medical and do not replace medical or mental health care. I remain responsible for consulting my doctor or healthcare practitioner about medical conditions and medication.

3. My participation and choice
   I understand that my active participation and personal responsibility are a vital part of the process. Nat van Zee—or my Vanzee Being practitioner—supports me in working towards my goals, while I remain responsible for my decisions and actions. I agree to share relevant, accurate information and communicate my needs and boundaries. I am free to decline or stop any practice at any time.

4. Individual outcomes
   I understand that individual experiences and outcomes may vary, and no particular result is guaranteed.

5. Session suitability
   My practitioner may pause or decline a session if they consider it unsuitable for me. If Vanzee Being cancels for reasons unrelated to my conduct, I will be offered a replacement session or a refund for the session not provided.

6. Confidentiality
   My personal information and session content will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by applicable law. Recording and AI summaries are explained below.

7. Recordings and AI summaries
   Zoom is set to record sessions automatically. Optional recordings and AI-assisted summaries support my reflection afterwards. My permission for each is collected separately before use, and my choices apply throughout our work together unless I change them.

   I can decline either or both by telling Nat before a session, or ask for them to stop during a session, without affecting my access to sessions. Zoom processes session content to provide these features. Recordings and summaries are for my personal use; AI summaries may contain errors.

8. Care and legal rights
   VANZEE BEING LTD will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not affect my legal consumer rights, including any cancellation or refund rights that apply by law.

9. Applicable law
   These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any consumer protections that must apply where I live remain unaffected.

Services are provided by Nat van Zee on behalf of VANZEE BEING LTD (“Vanzee Being”). My booking agreement is with VANZEE BEING LTD.
