First of all it’s impossible for me to comment on this without having a call with you. 

Though I am intuitive, I cannot read your mind. I need to talk to you to assess:

  • Your state of mind

  • Motivation to change

  • Commitment to do your inner work

  • The amount of resistance to change

My most successful personal transformation clients are:

In my free consult I assess if we can work together

Because all the therapy and coaching I offer is self-led. During our call I will ask what does success mean to you? How do you wish to measure it? What are your key performance indicators?

  • Less stress, more joy, fulfilment and peace of mind? 

  • A healthy relationship with yourself and others?

  • Feeling empowered to say no?

I will ask you to rate your symptoms such as levels of stress, anxiety, depression, procrastination, pain, etc so we can track your results. If you have broken up from a toxic relationship, I will assess if you are aware of patterns in your life, any (childhood) trauma or limiting beliefs

Your treatment plan for self awareness

In therapy I help you feel so you can heal. I help you make conscious what is unconscious. This self awareness is the first step to creating change.

If I feel we can work together I will discuss a 3 month treatment plan, after which we assess your progress and make amends if needed.  I cannot guarantee results as they depend on you and how your mind works, I cannot predict that. 

Think of me as your fitness instructor for your mind

Yes I will create a bespoke program for you to help you reach your goals. Like training your body you won’t get your desired result if you only ‘train’ during one-to-one sessions, a few times a month. 

Changing your mind requires consistent training, which means doing your exercises in between sessions. Most likely you will need to change your diet i.e. change your thoughts and what you feed your mind.

Up level your mind to calm clarity

To help you do this I will offer you tools and exercises to create self-awareness, learn how to self-regulate your nerves and be a better self-leader. With daily practice you can strengthen your state of mind to be calmer and less anxious in a few months. 

In sessions I guide you to the root cause of symptoms, which enables you to re-write outdated internal software to a new level of performance and clarity.  Doing your home work in between sessions helps you learn healthy habits, patterns and thinking.

Your minds default setting is to revert to the same negative thoughts over and over again. So you need willpower and commitment to re-train your mind into new thinking, being and doing. During the program I will hold you accountable.

I don’t control your mind, you do

I specialise in helping people release unconscious blocks, such as hidden childhood or sexual trauma that drive your relationship patterns, limiting beliefs, phobias or addictions. Your subconscious mind is responsible for everything you do on autopilot, it stores all your memories, including trauma, and inner wisdom.

95 percent of brain activity is unconscious, says Emma Young in New Scientist magazine. These include habits and patterns, automatic body function, creativity, emotions, personality, beliefs and values, cognitive biases, and long-term memory. Moreover, up to 40 percent of behaviour is habitual, taking anywhere from 15 to over 250 days to form a new habit.

Therapy depends on your ability to tune into your body, emotions and let go of being in control. Another reason I invite you for a call prior to working with me. This allows us to to get to know each other and assess if there is synergy to work together.

You need to feel safe to feel and heal

To release subconscious trauma it is essential you feel safe. Both at home and with me so you can open up and feel whatever emotions come up. I can work with you if you are single or in a supportive relationship. But not if you are in a toxic relationship. You need to create safety first before your subconscious mind allows you to do your shadow work ie work on repressed parts and emotions. This is to not overwhelm you.

If you have been taught to stuff down your emotions, I will help you unlearn this. As you learn it’s ok to be vulnerable you learn to self soothe and regulate your emotions. The process may take a little longer, but it’s possible if you desire it. 

I have seen rapid transformation with clients who allowed themselves to express difficult emotions. Often their bodies had stored grief and rage for a life time, leading to pain, depression, anxiety, food disorders and addiction.
